Andy Katz - Managing Director & Principal Consultant

Andy provides leadership of AGK Strategic Solutions and is a seasoned executive who has spent 30 years honing his skills and building extensive strategic, practical hands-on experience across all facets of contract & commercial management, business management & governance as well as IT Outsourcing and consulting.

He has worked in multiple capacities across local and global accounts spanning manufacturing, financial, media & entertainment, telecommunications and commercial industries.

Andy's breadth of exposure and experience in areas such as sales, bid pursuit, contract negotiation, account governance, client management, commercial/business management, risk assessment, consulting and people management has provided him with a thorough and intimate understanding of complex commercial and business structures as well as IT operations.

Andy's passion is to bring his many years of experience to bear to develop creative strategically oriented solutions which deliver demonstrable value. He is never satisfied with just accepting the status quo and always questions how things can be done better to deliver improved outcomes for all concerned.

Andy specialises in confidential reviews, analyses and remediation of contract/account performance focusing in particular around commercial, financial, operational and governance aspects.
