The GEARS model firstly looks at the overarching business Strategy behind what the client is looking to achieve out of the arrangement.  We then perform an Evaluation of the relationship focusing on the seven areas utilising a well defined process.  Following that, we review what exists today within the environment in terms of the Assurance processes to maintain the ongoing health of the account and finally look at what Remediation steps and processes need to be put in place.
